✮ i prefer to trade uk/eu, however will consider trading ww depending on the trade.
✮ i always send packaging proof & an address check, and will expect the same from you.
✮ i provide proof of postage with either a video of the letter being posted or a post office receipt. again, i expect the same when trading.
✮ i am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. i pack as safely as possible to avoid any damage.

group orders rules ୭˚. ᵎᵎ ⋆౨ৎ˚

by joining one of my gos, you are agreeing to the following!✮ all info must be read and understood before joining a group order. by joining my go, you are automatically agreeing to these rules!
✮ i only accept payments via paypal f&f, wise, revolut or uk bank trasfer.
✮ strictly no backouts after joining a go. you must find a replacement for your claim if you wish to blackout. no refunds will be given at any time once paid.
✮ all payments required for the go must be paid by the given deadline, unless you have contacted me & have provided a valid reason. late fees will be added daily (50p per day) for a maximum of 3 days. after this time, the items will be lost without a refund.
✮ failure to pay ems, customs or doms on time will result in you losing your items without a refund & you will be blacklisted from future gos.
✮ i am not a warehouse! if domestics is not paid within one month from your doms quote (via dm), your items will be considered abandoned & all items will be lost without refund & be put up for resale. failure to provide address details / any further requested information / lack of communication after one month (from dm) will also result in the loss of items without refund.
✮ rude or disrespectful go joiners will not be tolerated - you will simply be removed from the go without refund.
✮ please be patient! i am one person and work full time. be aware that most gos come from japan and korea, so can take weeks/months.
✮ i am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. most stores will not replace damaged outboxes of albums / merchandise, so please understand this is out of my control! i pack as safely as possible to avoid any damage in transit.
✮ i am not responsible for any duties/customs charges/fees incurred once the item has been sent. failure to pay customs or duties will result in the return of items to me by the postal service, which will then result in an additional shipping and packing fee.
✮ i am not responsible for proxies/sellers disappearing/not sending items/not responding. in the case this does happen, i will try my very best to get the items and any updates. however, this is out of my control & i will not be able to refund out of pocket!
✮ go updates will be posted in the dedicated group chat & my go tracker notion. please do not spam for updates!
✮ i charge a small fee for packaging & supplies.

vc raffle info ୭˚. ᵎᵎ ⋆౨ৎ˚

by joining one of my vc raffles, you are agreeing to the following!✮ all payments must be sent by the given deadline in order to enter a video call raffle.
✮ you must be available at the time / date for the video call. please be sure to check! vc times are in kst, so please be sure to check what time it will be in your timezone!
✮ you must have an in date passport! most stores will id check with your passport.
✮ please make sure all info that you're applying with matches the info on your passport - again, most stores will check this info with your passport!
✮ winning a video call raffle does not guarantee that we will win the actual video call!
✮ if the video call is won, it is then your responsibility to check the winner announcement / complete the next steps asked by the store. e.g. withmuu asks you to send a message to their kakao talk.
✮ if a vc is won, you will recieve the video call & signed album/postcard to your name (if the store provides this!). any other winner benefits will be kept by me.
✮ if you do a win a video call through one of my raffles, please post me a proof on your story / dm me a proof!
✮ all personal info used to apply for the vc / raffle will be deleted as soon as the raffle is completed!
